About this role
The Philanthropy Associate supports Planet Reimagined’s institutional philanthropy program and major donor initiatives through donor database management, research, communications support, and development operations coordination. The role is central to maintaining clean donor records, producing reporting, and helping run grant and donor calendars.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as database specialist for donor data, gift entry, acknowledgements, and reporting
- Conduct and organize donor and prospect research
- Coordinate scheduling, meeting agendas, notes, and action items
- Support development of grants and donor calendars
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures and centralize documents and communications
