About this role
Provide field and remote support for restaurants using the TOAST POS platform. Install POS hardware, train restaurant teams, and offer ongoing customer service, with travel and flexible hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and support TOAST POS customers in the field
- Train restaurant staff and managers on TOAST POS
- Provide remote high-level support as needed
- Troubleshoot and assist with POS issues while escalating appropriately
- Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends/late nights and overnight travel
Technical Overview
Support and troubleshoot TOAST POS deployments in restaurant environments, including installation and training. Comfortable with basic computer technology and supporting terminals, printers, and related hardware.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has management-level experience specifically using TOAST POS in a restaurant setting, and is comfortable supporting restaurant teams in the field and remotely. They can install and train on POS systems, communicate clearly with managers and decision makers, and handle occasional weekend or late-night support with a flexible schedule.
