Provide physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments for patients in accordance with hospital policies and physician orders. Coordinate education for patients and families and support effective discharge planning while working within departmental supervision structures.

The ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist experienced in providing therapy across ages (neonate to geriatric), with strong skills in patient assessment, establishing a plan of care, and educating patients and families. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team and ensure discharge planning and treatment effectiveness. The role targets outpatient pediatrics and may be full-time or part-time depending on need.
