Pit Supervisor

Pit Supervisor leads daily pit operations, enforces safety policies, manages the workforce, budgets, and quality control in the pit area.

• Responsibilities. Supervise day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair activities within the Pit operations
• Planning. Ensure team members have radios, tools, and safety equipment
• Daily Tasks. Ensure understanding of daily tasks via job briefing and assign tasks
• Managing Budgets. Ensure area works within budget and budgets
• Safety. Enforce safety and Vulcan practices
• Pit Operation. Manage pit operations and equipment repair
• Production. Ensure production levels are optimum
• Leadership. Build relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned

Operational leadership role in aggregate/pit operations with emphasis on safety, budgeting, and production planning.

The ideal candidate is an experienced pit supervisor with strong leadership, budgeting, and safety management skills, capable of overseeing pit operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
