About this role
This role is for a National Account Executive (PLADS Nat'l Account Executive I) focused on building and maintaining effective relationships and supporting client satisfaction and retention strategies. The position requires strong communication, accurate reporting/data entry, and a basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes, with CRM proficiency preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on complex strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Build, enhance, and maintain effective relationships (account management)
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
- Maintain high attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting
- Apply basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes and handle confidential information

Ideal Candidate
