Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of transporters to organize incoming, outgoing, direct and stock transfer orders
- Ensure safe, efficient, legal, and economical transportation activities
- Use and maintain SAP transportation management system (TMS) to optimize freight orders
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on needs, incidents, missing deliveries, and corrective/preventive actions
- Reconcile transportation cost discrepancies
Technical Overview
Operate SAP transportation management system (TMS) to optimize freight orders across public carriers, dedicated fleet, and private fleet. Maintain reporting/accuracy through Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and perform reconciliation of transportation cost discrepancies while supporting safety (SST) and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level transportation professional with 1-3 years of transportation experience who can manage carriers and plan shipments for Quebec orders. They have hands-on experience with SAP transportation management system (TMS) and strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
