The Plant Engineer will manage maintenance and repairs across the plant while coordinating maintenance personnel to support efficient, low-cost operations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for maintenance strategy, compliance, quality standards, safety, and capital projects.

  • Design, implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Oversee full wastewater treatment systems
  • Manage compliance with state and federal requirements (air permits, WWT discharge permits, OSHA safety standards)
  • Plan and oversee Capital Expenditure items (equipment purchases, contracted labor, in-house construction/fabrication)
  • Provide emergency response and support EHS programs including hazardous waste disposal

The technical scope includes designing, implementing, and maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs, overseeing wastewater treatment systems, and managing compliance with air permits, WWT discharge permits, and OSHA safety standards.
