About this role

The Plant Innovation & Automation Engineer will coordinate cross-functional activities during machine launches, develop manufacturing work instructions, and promote automation of wiring harness manufacturing at the Tangier plant, contributing to Factory 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with plant departments during launches and process changes
Prepare/update capacity studies and general process flow
Prepare technical docs for wire harness assembly
Equipment demand calculation per loads
Weekly process KPI reporting and QA/Safety validation

This role blends systems engineering, automation, and digital integration to connect diverse technologies into scalable manufacturing solutions, with emphasis on process documentation and KPI tracking during ramp-up.
