This role supports a manufacturing plant by managing front-office administrative tasks, payroll-related processing, compliance documentation, and employee services. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a primary contact for calls and visitors and coordinates badge access, purchase card activity, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes and timekeeping tasks
- Serve as primary front office contact (calls, vendors, visitors, mail)
- Administer badge access system and conduct audits
- Coordinate employee services (uniforms, onboarding, drug screenings, locker assignments)
- Manage Purchase Card program, business licenses, and audit-ready documentation
Technical Overview
The position requires functional Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, specifically M3 and Workbrain, with reporting/analytics support using Power BI. Responsibilities also include maintaining badge access and administering transaction logs and reconciliation for the Purchase Card program, plus organizing documentation for internal audits and accounting support.
