PMO Analyst (Project Coordination / Governance / Reporting) – SECRET CLEARANCE, Remote

This PMO Analyst role supports program governance, project coordination, and reporting for a federal cybersecurity and cloud governance program. The position focuses on schedules/milestones, risk/issue tracking, resource and capacity planning, and budget/value reporting.

• Support development and enforcement of PMO standards, templates, and documentation
• Coordinate day-to-day program activities, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Prepare and maintain status reports and dashboards with risks, issues, and performance metrics
• Support resource tracking/allocation and capacity planning
• Track project budgets, costs, benefits realization, and support financial reporting and value measurement

This role supports cybersecurity compliance activities tied to RMF processes and STIG compliance in cloud-hosted or cloud-migrated environments, including coordination around vulnerability management. It also involves translating cybersecurity findings into actionable remediation across multiple teams (with ACAS or Tenable experience preferred).

The ideal candidate is an early-career PMO Analyst with an Active Secret clearance who can support program governance and project coordination for a federal client. They have strong reporting skills (status reports and dashboards) and experience maintaining risk/issue logs, resource allocation, and budget/value tracking, with familiarity in cybersecurity compliance and RMF/STIG processes as a plus.
