About this role

Own the vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for Amazon Learning Companion (ALC) within Central Learning Solutions (CLS). Deliver governed learning intelligence capabilities including an impact-measurement framework, self-service analytics, natural-language querying, and predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities

Own vision and product strategy for Amazon Learning Companion
Define and operationalize a standardized impact-measurement framework
Build a roadmap sequencing data infrastructure, analytical UX, and ML capabilities
Define technical architecture including semantic layers, pipelines, real-time ingestion, APIs, and metadata governance
Create self-service insights including natural-language querying and predictive intelligence

Technical Overview

Build a platform architecture and data ecosystem that includes semantic layers, data pipelines, real-time event ingestion, APIs, metadata governance, and scalable data models/integration patterns. Partner with Data Engineering and Science to enable real-time intelligence and long-term scalability for personalization and proactive learning interventions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Principal/technical product manager with deep technical fluency and systems-level thinking, able to define vision, strategy, and a technical roadmap for an AI-powered learning platform. They have experience building governed data ecosystems (data models, semantic layers, real-time pipelines, APIs) and delivering measurable outcomes via standardized impact-measurement frameworks and self-service analytics.
