About this role

Own all programmatic operations in a portfolio of Aledade markets to influence primary care policy environments, engaging with state and federal legislators and associations to advance value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on policy knowledge at the market level
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to shape advocacy strategies
  • Create and execute state-specific products including presentations and webinars
  • Lead potential federal/state initiatives with cross-team collaboration
  • Assist broader team efforts with federal/state implications

Deep policy expertise at market level; coordinating cross-team projects; travel to support markets; regulatory and legislative analysis.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a policy expert with 5+ years in public policy and lobbying, capable of managing state portfolios, engaging with legislators and associations, and driving advocacy campaigns for primary care sustainability.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor’s degree in public policypublic healthbusinessor other relevant fieldMust register as a lobbyist in one or more states within portfolioSome general knowledge of the legislative process at federal and state levels
