Manage Prudential’s political programs by administering, maintaining, and growing its PACs. Lead fundraising strategy, coordinate compliant PAC operations with cross-functional partners, and drive grassroots employee engagement while supporting election-law compliant disbursement and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal fundraising strategy to grow Prudential's PACs
- Coordinate partners to administer PACs in accordance with election law and regulations
- Serve as primary liaison with PAC Compliance / Grassroots platform vendor
- Manage budgeting and disbursements to campaigns with PAC treasurer support
- Develop and manage grassroots engagement with Prudential employees

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of direct corporate PAC experience administering and growing political action committees, including fundraising and compliant PAC strategy execution. They understand campaign finance laws and election regulations, coordinate across compliance and external partners, and can lead grassroots engagement with strong communication and attention to detail in a hybrid Washington, DC/Newark, NJ role.
