The Post Production Support Specialist (PPSS) supports customers after go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, configuring and tuning the application, testing workflows, resolving issues, and training users throughout the post go-live journey.

  • Analyze and evaluate requirements/issues and provide product expertise
  • Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality
  • Evaluate requirements to identify enhancements and document improvements
  • Maintain client issues list and provide status reporting
  • Train users on existing workflows and gather requirements for new asset classes/security types/business lines

This is a client-facing production support and implementation support role embedded in Charles River Development/State Street Alpha. The specialist troubleshoots CRIMS application issues, influences optimal configuration, validates fixes, documents requirements and defects, and supports front-to-back investment management workflows.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level support specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on financial industry experience supporting or implementing Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management systems. They have strong product and client-facing skills, including configuring and tuning Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), testing workflows, troubleshooting post go-live issues, and training users.
