Power BI Developer to design and develop BI solutions for federal clients, transforming complex data into dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI interactive reports
- Integrate data from diverse sources including Azure SQL, Databricks
- Engineer and optimize data connections with Dataverse
- Develop ETL scripts
- Establish documentation standards and BI governance

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Power BI developer with active Public Trust clearance, skilled in data modeling and creating dashboards for federal agencies in an Agile setting.
Must-Have Skills
U.S. Citizen with a Federal active Public Trust Clearance (must have)Minimum of 4 years designing and developing Power BI reportsdashboardsand integrations with complex datasetsMinimum of 4 years of experience scripting in data engineering languages such as SQL and/or PythonExperience developing on an Agile team using a service management board and participating in Agile ceremoniesto include sprint planningbacklog groomingdaily standupsdemosand updating ticketsAbility to be self-driven and proactive with planningdevelopmentand customer engagement.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceInformation TechnologyBusiness Analyticsor a related fieldExperience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power AutomateExperience with Dataverse or other Azure Data sourcesDHS and/or U.S. Coast Guard experience
