About this role

Lead design of DC-DC switch-mode power supplies and component selection for Acacia products, ensuring power, thermal, and safety requirements are met across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture and specifications of power delivery
Design, analysis, and simulation of power circuits
Debug and system bring up
Verify with DVT plans
Provide technical leadership of PCB layout

Technical Overview

Architecture and design of high current, low noise power delivery; SPICE/LTspice simulations; Cadence Allegro/DxDesigner PCB layout; thermal and power integrity considerations; power-up sequencing.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior hardware power design engineer with 5+ years' experience in DC-DC power systems, proficient with SPICE tools and Cadence layout, able to lead cross-functional power delivery projects.

Must-Have Skills
