About this role

Power Test Liaison Engineer supports validation of hardware and software stacks for the satellite power system in Amazon Leo; collaborates with multiple engineering teams to execute validation campaigns and ensure power system performance meets requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and automate new vehicle test cases; troubleshoot anomalies in production hardware/software tests; build SOPs to scale satellite operations; collaborate cross-functionally to capture test venue needs; provide test input to power system design trade studies

Technical Overview

Hands-on hardware and software test in vehicle power systems with DAQs, oscilloscopes, and DMMs; knowledge of DC circuits and power electronics; experience with HITL environments and cross-functional design reviews; AI/tools experience beneficial.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level test engineer with 2+ years of hardware or software test experience, experienced in power systems and aerospace contexts, and capable of coordinating cross-functionally on validation campaigns.
