About this role
Lead the rollout of a new pricing and packaging initiative, ensuring adoption and high-quality execution. You will own rollout health reporting, centralize voice-of-customer intake and triage, and provide quantified, data-driven recommendations to adjust pricing design and go-to-market messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Own rollout health reporting (dashboards, KPIs, operating cadence)
- Centralize voice-of-customer intake, triage, and closed-loop communication
- Track phased implementation and validate progress against goals
- Analyze sales feedback, support tickets, NPS/comments, usage data, and revenue impacts
- Maintain decision and learnings log and prioritize action backlog

This is program management focused on systems implementation and rollout governance using dashboards and KPIs, plus analytics of customer signals such as NPS/comments, usage data, and revenue impacts.

The ideal candidate is a rollout/program leader who can drive adoption of pricing and packaging changes end-to-end. They have strong skills in voice-of-customer intake and triage, building dashboards and KPIs for rollout health, and communicating data-driven recommendations to senior leadership across Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, Finance, and Marketing.
