About this role
Sabrhub is hiring a remote pricing strategy consultant for a 6–8 week contract to build a dual-channel monetization framework for a CSP/telecom offering. The role focuses on direct versus marketplace revenue modeling, rate card design, and willingness-to-pay analysis to identify profitable upsell features.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a dual-track financial model for marketplace vs direct net revenue
- Design tiered marketplace rate cards for CSP self-serve activation
- Establish floor pricing and volume minimums for large CSP direct deals
- Conduct a willingness-to-pay (WTP) audit for premium upsell features
- Develop a partner ROI/margin calculator and gather competitive reseller pricing
Technical Overview
The work is heavy on financial modeling and unit economics, comparing marketplace net revenue (after distributor fees) with direct-sale net revenue. It includes creating tiered marketplace rate cards, defining floor pricing and volume minimums, and producing a partner ROI/margin calculator for sales enablement.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior pricing consultant with 7+ years of pricing experience in SaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, or telecom. They can build dual-channel monetization models for direct versus marketplace/distributor revenue, design rate cards and floor/volume structures, and run willingness-to-pay (WTP) analyses to identify premium upsell features.
