Primary Systems Analyst providing remote Level 2 production support for Charles River IMS with emphasis on DB administration, batch processing, and DR/BC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Level 2 support for CRIMS; monitor and troubleshoot nightly/daily batch processes; patch CRIMS; perform database refreshes; coordinate BC/DR and testing

Technical Overview

Focus on CRIMS production support, MS SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase DB config and admin, patching, interfaces, and disaster recovery; experience with scripting and batch jobs.

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient system administrator with 3+ years supporting Charles River IMS in financial services, strong MS SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase DB administration, and experience with DR/BC and batch processing in a remote-capable environment.
