About this role

Primary Systems Analyst supports production Charles River IMS systems for multiple clients, providing Level 2 support, BC/DR processes, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Level 2 support for operational issues related to Charles River IMS applications
  • Manage BC and DR processes, including annual DR testing
  • Configure and maintain interfaces for data flows; oversee connectivity and testing
  • Own and monitor automated batch jobs; perform troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with CRD/Professional Services and Engineering for fixes

Technical Overview

Strong DB administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase), CRIMS patching, ServiceNow for change management, and data interface management; Salesforce integration knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level systems analyst with 3+ years in investment-management IT environments, strong SQL/Oracle/Sybase skills, and experience supporting Charles River IMS and ServiceNow in a production settings.
