About this role
Sr. Maintenance Technician role for Amazon Prime Air responsible for drone maintenance and routine service. You will ensure aircraft are safe and compliant with FAA regulations, manage fleet metrics and inventory, and train and oversee the repair technician team at the site.

Technical Overview
Performs time-based and condition-based maintenance for a commercial Prime Air drone fleet while verifying adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives. Executes maintenance procedures by following technical manuals, manages spare parts inventory, and supports team qualification and shift operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior repair/maintenance technician with hands-on drone or aircraft maintenance experience, including time-based and condition-based maintenance. They understand FAA compliance expectations, can manage fleet spares and inventory, and can train and oversee repair technicians while maintaining rigorous safety and technical-manual driven workflows.
