Prin Jrnymn - Comml Plumbing SVC

Performs a wide range of commercial plumbing services for customers and supports the sale of other services offered by Constellation. Completes installation, repair, troubleshooting, and customer-facing work including cost estimation and invoicing.

• Install and modify existing plumbing equipment per instructions and county/city codes
• Identify and correct problems in hot water boilers
• Repair or replace faucets, toilets, domestic water lines and drain lines
• Perform service on steam boilers with supervision
• Estimate costs and present detailed invoices; complete work order clerical duties

Work includes installing and modifying plumbing equipment per instructions and applicable county or city codes, troubleshooting hot water and steam boilers, repairing and replacing faucets/toilets/domestic water lines/drain lines, and modifying/fabricating pipe fittings. The role also includes completing work orders and clerical tasks related to job completion.

The ideal candidate is a journeyman-level commercial plumber with 10+ years of experience providing plumbing services for commercial customers. They can troubleshoot hot water boilers, perform repairs and replacements for plumbing fixtures and lines, and service steam boilers under supervision. They also deliver strong customer service by explaining needed repairs, estimating costs, and completing accurate work orders.
