Lead complex transmission, substation, and distribution projects in energy delivery, owning scope, schedule, budget, and safety; guide cross-functional teams through capital approvals and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large and/or complex projects; lead teams through capital approval and project planning; interface with external customers and negotiate schedules; manage contract resources and payments; mentor team and ensure safety and budget targets

Technical Overview

Extensive use of project management principles, including WBS, CPM, EVM, and business case development; manage contracts, resources, and stakeholder communications across multiple operating areas.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior project manager with 7+ years managing large, cross-functional energy projects; PMP-certified or willing to obtain within two years; strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
