About this role
Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Antenna Engineer to lead custom antenna development, phased-array design, and mmWave challenges for multiple wireless products. The role collaborates with RF Front-End teams, performs full-wave EM simulations, and validates designs with chamber tests and near/far-field measurements.

Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior RF antenna engineer with 8+ years of design experience, expert in HFSS/CST, and hands-on with mmWave and AiP/SiP technologies. They possess strong customer-facing communication skills and are able to obtain security clearance for government-contract work.
