This role is responsible for helping customers adopt Amazon Connect's AI capabilities by leading technical discovery and ensuring customer data readiness. The specialist solutions architect works closely with customers to structure data assets so AI agents can reliably retrieve and act on the right information.

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and define actionable implementation plans
  • Perform customer data readiness assessments and identify data gaps
  • Build the data foundation for effective AI agent tool use and RAG-powered responses
  • Guide customers through PoC to pre-production for Amazon Connect deployments
  • Translate customer insights into recommendations that strengthen product roadmaps

You will perform customer data readiness assessments (quality, accessibility, structure, governance) and design remediation approaches using data pipelines and structured knowledge bases. The work includes supporting agentic AI implementations and enabling RAG-powered responses from CRM and operational systems, moving deployments from proof-of-concept to pre-production.

The ideal candidate is a Principal-level Solutions Architect focused on Amazon Connect AI adoption, with deep experience assessing customer data readiness for AI agents. They lead technical discovery sessions, translate requirements into implementation plans, and guide customers from proof-of-concept to pre-production. They are data-driven and customer-obsessed, with strong understanding of CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, and governance needed for RAG-powered responses.
