Principal CRM Platform Owner to lead SNHU's integration platforms (Mulesoft primary, Salesforce secondary), defining vision, roadmaps, governance, and vendor management for CRM and integration capabilities.

- Define Mulesoft vision and roadmap
- Lead scrum teams and governance
- Oversee platform health and security
- Manage budgets and vendors
Technical Overview
Focus on Mulesoft and Salesforce ecosystems, integration and API orchestration, Education Data Architecture, governance and security policies, vendor management, and SCRUM/Agile leadership.
Ideal Candidate
Seasoned IT leader with 15+ years in integrations and CRM, specializing in Mulesoft and Salesforce, able to define vision and roadmaps, mentor teams, manage vendors, and govern complex CRM integration programs in an education context.
