Principal Data Engineer (Data Solutions Lead) designs, implements, manages, and improves data integration, warehousing, and analytics solutions. The role leads project discovery with stakeholders, turns business needs into data requirements, and supports teams through complex data mapping and reconciliation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project discovery for reporting and data solutions
Support and advise technical leaders on system design and warehouse best practices
Design end-to-end integration and analytic solutions
Facilitate external stakeholder calls and translate business questions into structured data needs
Manage requirements and integrate data from applications to power EAB services and products

Technical Overview

You will guide end-to-end reporting and data solution discovery, produce functional and technical requirements with acceptance criteria, and apply warehouse best practices. The work includes data mapping, reconciliation, and integration of partner application data to power EAB services and products, ensuring consistent and insightful outputs.

The ideal candidate is a principal-level data engineer who leads data integration, data warehousing, and analytics initiatives end-to-end. They excel at translating stakeholder needs into structured data requirements (including acceptance criteria), resolving complex data mapping and reconciliation challenges, and delivering consistent, insight-driven outputs for internal and external partners.
