About this role
Klaviyo is seeking a Principal Enablement Partner to own the enablement strategy for the Global BDR organization, driving onboarding, skill development, and advancement to AE roles across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization
- Develop and execute the BDR onboarding program
- Enhance the BDR → AE advancement program
- Develop in-seat BDR skill development pathways
- Conduct needs analyses and measure enablement metrics
Technical Overview
Role focuses on GTM enablement program design, content delivery, council-driven needs analyses, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product to support BDRs and their progression.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior GTM enablement professional with 8+ years of experience enabling BDRs and driving AE promotion paths in a global BDR organization. They excel at cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and building scalable onboarding and advancement programs.
