About this role
The Principal Engineer - Design role on Vistra’s Design Engineering team maintains the station’s design and licensing bases requirements. The Electrical/Instrumentation & Control engineer focuses on electrical upgrades and supports modification packages, reviews, and configuration control for station changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modification packages to support station changes and upgrades
- Maintain the station's electrical analyses and calculations
- Perform reviews specific to digital upgrades to ensure all requirements are met
- Participate in and lead special projects or teams on occasion
