About this role
Principal Frontend Engineer will drive the long-term frontend technical vision at ClickUp, leading architectural strategy and influencing how teams build and ship frontend at scale. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in Angular 2+ and React, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and mentoring senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive frontend architecture strategy across product areas and platform investments
- Lead the design of scalable, performant systems in Angular 2+ and React
- Solve complex cross-team technical challenges related to performance, state management, scalability, and developer productivity
- Mentor senior and staff engineers and help shape frontend culture and standards
- Influence roadmap and organizational decisions through strong technical judgment
