About this role
Own and scale the Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) go-to-market strategy across AWS and enterprise customers. Lead executive alignment, coach teams on customer adoption, and establish measurable objectives and progress reporting for global EBA orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a repeatable and scalable Go-to-market (GTM) strategy for EBA Orchestration
- Drive executive alignment within AWS cross-organizations for scaling EBA
- Coach how to partner with C-level to drive executive alignment and co-own escalations
- Institute customer and field eBA orchestration in complex landscapes
- Communicate data and recommendations to scale EBA methodology across Customer and AWS organizations
Technical Overview
This role is GTM/enablement-focused but deeply tied to AWS cloud adoption programs. It coordinates large-scale initiatives supporting Migration, Modernization, and Innovation (AI) through the EBA methodology integrated into the Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).

The ideal candidate is a GTM leader who can scale Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) through a repeatable, high-bar go-to-market strategy. They have strong experience driving executive alignment, defining metrics, and coaching cross-AWS teams to accelerate customer cloud adoption across migration, modernization, and innovation (AI).
