Lead the measurement framework for AWS Specialist & Partner Organization programs, creating a global performance measurement mechanism for ASP go-to-market initiatives. Partner with product, finance, and field teams to define KPIs, roll out across delivery channels, and drive adoption worldwide.

  • Develops common evaluation framework to evaluate performance of all ASP programs through the delivery lens
  • Operate across the entire portfolio of ASP programs to drive alignment with program teams, growth initiative teams, and Finance on KPIs
  • Partners with product teams to build necessary features and scale the performance evaluation mechanism into the exiting suite of tools and products used by internal and external teams
  • Leads GTM strategy on how to scale this mechanism externally to program delivery constituents
  • Leads worldwide roll out of the performance evaluation mechanism, including enablement to accelerate awareness and adoption

Scope focuses on program performance measurement and data-driven decision making across the AWS Partner Network; uses Business Intelligence data and KPI dashboards to evaluate program delivery; requires cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders; will scale solutions across tools and products.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level Principal/Program Manager with deep experience in Go-To-Market programs, cross-functional leadership, and managing large-scale partnerships in a tech/cloud environment.
