About this role
Principal Information Systems Project Manager leading large-scale DoD projects at Northrop Grumman. Responsible for CAM/EVMS/IMS/RIO tasks across cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Lead CAM, EVMS, IMS, and RIO tasks
- Prepare project execution plans
- Manage resources across functional teams
- Coordinate Agile rituals (PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Jira management)
Technical Overview
Requires knowledge of SELC/SDLC, proficiency with EVMS/IMS, and hands-on use of Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Office; Agile practices including PI Planning and Backlog Refinement; experience with procurement and contracting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level project manager with DoD EVMS, CAM, IMS experience, and strong Agile practices able to lead large defense programs across functional teams.
