Key Responsibilities
- Leads supplier relationship management for critical system integration partners.
- Advises senior leadership on contracting strategy and negotiations.
- Negotiates complex contract issues independently.
- Leads the effort to identify, analyze, improve existing business processes, or create new ones.
- Works with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Technical Overview
Contract lifecycle management, compliance oversight, QA/QC, and use of SRM/Ariba/SAP to govern complex engagements.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate is an experienced contract manager with 9+ years in large digital transformations, able to lead contract strategy and compliance across PG&E's Propel program.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience9 years of direct experience in a similar rolenavigate complex sourcing strategies and contract compliance for large scale digital transformationsmanaging sophisticated contracts to minimize value leakage
