About this role

This role is for a senior Principal (or Staff) Solution Architect to drive solution architecture activities for China data center customers and AI/compute ecosystem partners. You will define architectures on top of Broadcom hardware and software assets and perform hands-on prototype development to validate technical advantages.

Key Responsibilities

Drive solution architecture with China data center customers and ecosystem partners
Define solution architectures with Broadcom assets including chips, firmware, microcode, SDK/drivers and application software
Perform hands-on prototype development to realize and validate architecture aspects
Support requirements identification and architecture discussions with cross-functional Broadcom teams
Independently lead technical solution investigation, architecture design, and prototype development

Technical Overview

You will work deeply on solution architecture across RDMA NIC software developments and related chip/system design, including architecture design, protocol designs, implementation, and debugging. Preferred exposure includes GPU architecture, memory model, NoC, Scale-up, and AI Infra software stack components like communication libraries, SHMEM, and DeepEP for AI cluster network environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior solution architect with 5+ years of hands-on experience in RDMA NIC software developments, and strong ability to design end-to-end solution architectures. They are fluent in AI cluster networking concepts and can prototype, debug, and validate architectures using Broadcom technology components while partnering closely with customers.
