About this role

Lead solution architecture work for China data center customers, XPU vendors, AI model companies, and OEMs using Broadcom assets. Define solution architectures with customers and validate them through hands-on prototype development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive solution architecture activities with data center customers and OEMs
Define architectures with customers on top of Broadcom chips, firmware, microcode, SDK/drivers and application software
Perform hands-on prototype development to realize and validate solution architectures
Lead requirements identification and architecture discussions for new Broadcom assets
Independently drive technical solution investigation, architecture design and prototype development

Technical Overview

Deep technical architecture and execution across chips, firmware, microcode, SDK/drivers, and application software. Includes protocol design, implementation, and debugging for AI cluster networks, with preferred familiarity in GPU architecture, NoC, Scale-up, and AI infrastructure components (communication library, SHMEM, DeepEP).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior solution architect with 5+ years of experience in RDMA NIC software developments or related solution/chip/system architecture work. They can independently lead architecture design, protocol design, implementation and debugging, and have familiarity with AI cluster networks and AI infrastructure components like SHMEM and DeepEP.
