About this role

Syniti (part of Capgemini) is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and transformation of an MDM and Governance platform. This role focuses on the full data lifecycle—cataloging, migration, data quality, and governance—while integrating legacy and modern AI-driven data capabilities to deliver a "Golden Record."

Key Responsibilities

Develop product strategy and roadmap for MDM and Governance solutions
Design and build mockup screens and interactive prototypes for data stewardship UX
Conduct AI research to define LLM and ML use cases for entity resolution and predictive quality
Ensure full lifecycle integration across the data ecosystem to establish a Golden Record
Lead integration of platform modules connecting legacy systems with AI-driven data products

Technical Overview

The role blends enterprise data management with AI product research. You will leverage SAP MDG and Informatica expertise, define how LLMs and Machine Learning can support automated entity resolution, self-healing data, and predictive data quality, and design UI prototypes to support complex data stewardship workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior/lead product manager with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance, including hands-on knowledge of SAP MDG and Informatica. They can lead strategy and roadmap, conduct AI-focused research for entity resolution and predictive data quality, and drive integration across modules to produce a precise "Golden Record" ready for AI applications.
