- Identify high-value traveler problems for agents
- Rapidly evaluate new capabilities and translate into bets
- Partner with engineering, ML, and design to turn prototypes into scalable experiences
- Define safe patterns for agents and establish success metrics
Technical Overview
Shapes memory/orchestration, permissions, and safe patterns for agent actions; prototypes using model APIs and agent tooling; works across consumer, platform, and partner ecosystems; emphasizes trust, reliability, and cost considerations.
