Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to accelerate workflows across engineering, marketing, and insights, and more domains focusing on areas with the greatest potential for velocity and efficiency gains
Define and drive the AI acceleration roadmap, translating ambiguous opportunities into clear, scalable initiatives and repeatable patterns
Rethink core workflows by leveraging AI and agentic systems, moving beyond optimization to fundamentally redesign how work is performed
Establish frameworks to measure AI impact, including velocity gains, cost efficiencies, and quality improvements, and continuously refine how value is tracked
Drive adoption and organizational change, including enablement programs, training, communications, and mechanisms that embed AI into everyday workflows
