About this role
Own and drive development of bank products by defining, prioritizing, and managing delivery against a product roadmap. Lead backlog prioritization (ideation to production release), collaborate across business/IT/risk/legal, and ensure risk accountability and governance compliance.

- Define, prioritize, and manage product development to exceed customer expectations
- Lead product roadmap deliverables, capabilities, and adoption
- Run robust continuous prioritization and maximize total value and risk mitigation
- Ensure ART/team backlog alignment to customer and stakeholder needs in SAFe (Strategic Agile Framework) contexts
- Manage risk by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks and adhere to enterprise governance

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Product Owner/Principal Product Owner who has led product roadmaps and backlog management in an Agile environment, ideally within SAFe (Strategic Agile Framework) and Agile Release Train (ART) structures. They partner across business, IT, Risk, and compliance to maximize product value, manage risk, track KPIs, and deliver adoption that improves customer experience.
