About this role
Lead the product strategy and execution for PG&E's Medallia/CRM-based customer technologies. Collaborate with business and IT to plan and deliver strategic enhancements in a SAFe/Lean environment, translating needs into prioritized roadmaps and compelling business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to define product plans and strategy
- Partner with development to deliver strategic product enhancements
- Oversee project management planning and execution
- Review dashboards and identify opportunities for CX improvements
- Document requirements and prepare business cases to secure funding
Technical Overview
Scope includes Medallia and CRM platforms, data visualization with Tableau/Power BI, and Agile/SAFe governance including Lean Portfolio Management. Responsible for requirements, release planning, and value-driven decision making.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product owner/manager with 7+ years in product management or customer-experience roles, proficient in Agile and SAFe, and experienced with CRM and data-visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). They excel at cross-functional leadership, translating complex ideas into actionable roadmaps and executive-level storytelling.
