About this role
Principal Program Manager - Tech will act as the operational backbone for the CS COE, coordinating cross-team initiatives across CS COE and stakeholder teams; own QBRs and planning documents; manage headcount and budgets; drive execution from annual planning to executive forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operating arm for the CS COE, managing cross-team initiatives that span organizational boundaries and require coordination across CS COE and stakeholder teams
- Coordinate with stakeholder teams to identify and resolve blockers (incl. technical blockers)
- Own the development and writing of QBRs for the CS COE
- Own the process for development of operational planning documents for the CS COE
- Participate in executive forums and synthesize discussions into decisions
Technical Overview
Technical fluency to discuss product-related issues and blockers with customer-facing teams; experience with cloud computing and SaaS; strong data analysis and executive communication skills; proficient in Excel and Tableau for data-driven reporting.

Must-Have Skills
