About this role
Principal Recruiter will lead senior-level recruiting for Principal Engineers, advising and influencing executive leadership, and mentoring recruiters while building extensive technical networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs
- Define and deliver recruiting strategies for critical roles
- Identify and engage highly passive senior engineering candidates
- Build robust talent networks across technology sectors
- Lead client update meetings with market insights

The ideal candidate is an executive-level recruiter with 10+ years in recruiting, including 5+ years in technical/executive recruiting, who can partner with senior leadership and mentor other recruiters while building strong engineering candidate networks.
