About this role
Senior principal solution architect responsible for designing, pricing, and presenting complex IIS services solutions; develops cost models and SOWs; partners with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure commercially viable offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Services solutions aligned to customer requirements and IIS objectives
- Design service offerings across warranty, extended warranty, support, break/fix, onsite, remote, and managed service constructs
- Develop detailed cost models for labor, parts, logistics, overhead, and risk assumptions; translate into pricing proposals
- Lead customer-facing solution discussions and defend proposed solutions
- Lead or contribute to SOW development and contract negotiations

Focus on services architecture and pricing across infrastructure solutions; strong involvement with pricing strategy, cost modeling, and contract terms; enterprise-level stakeholder engagement.
