Principal Investment Manager role within AWS Startups focused on partnering with venture capital firms (or angel investors) to accelerate portfolio company success. You will create investor-focused initiatives, design solutions for startup/investor needs, and use market signals to guide AWS innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and drive initiatives with venture firms and develop investor-focused programs that accelerate portfolio success
- Design and implement solutions for startup and investor needs
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with AWS Startups, Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Track program effectiveness and provide insights from feedback and results
- Gather early-stage market signals from investors and founders to inform AWS innovation

This role requires deep technical understanding of cloud computing and emerging technologies such as generative AI, applied to startup enablement on AWS infrastructure. Work includes cross-functional program design and measuring effectiveness based on feedback and results.
