About this role
Principal Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security, AI Governance & Agentic Security leads secure, scalable architectures and automation programs to protect Walmart's enterprise and AI-enabled systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document architectural blueprints and technical priorities for systems and infrastructure aligned with business strategies
- Design scalable, secure components ensuring compliance with security frameworks
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze requirements, assess risks, and prioritize enhancements for performance and security
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and audit firewall logs
Technical Overview
Expertise in information security and risk management, with Python automation, CI/CD, vulnerability assessment, and OWASP practices; emphasizes secure infrastructure, governance, and AI governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced information security leader with 5+ years in security and infrastructure engineering, strong knowledge of NIST CSF, OWASP standards, and hands-on Python automation, able to drive risk management and compliance in a retail enterprise.
