Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in ad serving, campaign management, measurement, and optimization
- Establish program governance, metrics, and reporting at VP level
- Mentor TPMs across the organization

Focus on ad serving, campaign management, measurement, and optimization within a distributed-systems ML-centric environment; governance, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting are core.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a principal/lead technical program manager with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering programs, spanning distributed systems and ML-driven advertising tech, capable of driving governance, architecture decisions, and executive-level reviews.
