Principal Tech Program Manager for Selling Partner Promotions leads cross-functional initiatives, coordinating engineering, product, legal, and finance to deliver scalable promotions tools with AI enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plot The Course. Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Business, Legal, and Finance to capture and translate requirements into an actionable delivery roadmap
- Mitigate Risks. Manage cross-functional and cross-org dependencies risks, and make appropriate trade-offs weighing value vs time to market
- Be The Pulse. Own regular communication mechanisms to keep senior leadership & stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, timelines, and high judgement decisions
- Deliver Results. Lead effective and efficient delivery of large, complex science programs
- Leverage AI. Use the latest tools to scale your and the team's capacity and efficiency
