Principal UX Designer to enhance the usability of eero products and scale design standards across the mobile app and network management tools. You will own design systems, craft intuitive UX for hardware-related experiences, and collaborate across product, engineering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate customer challenges and design solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering to define use cases
Establish and evangelize design systems and visual language
Inform designs using market research, feedback, analytics
Present concepts to UX teams, product stakeholders, and executives

Technical Overview

Lead end-to-end design across product lifecycle with emphasis on UI/UX for consumer hardware and IoT; establish and evangelize design systems; conduct usability studies and translate findings into design decisions; collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

The ideal candidate is a senior UX designer with 10+ years of design experience, a strong online portfolio, and a proven track record across UI/UX and lifecycle product design for consumer hardware/IoT products.
